L'hôtel est relativement proche de la Grandplace et des rues principales de la ville
Beaucoup de choses n'allaient pas: plus de place de parking malgré la réservation, une taxe de séjour de 7.58€/jour/chambre non prévue à la réservation, une chambre avec une porte de WC extrèmement sale, des ampoules manquantes sur certains luminaires,pas de peignoir en salle de bains, une paire de chaussons pour deux, une veille TV cathdique qui ne diffuse que 5 chaînes,le personnel d'accueil qui ne parle pas français...c'est très surprenant pour Bruxelles!

Eens het personeel hoorde dat we nederlands spraken hielp men ons verder in onze eigen taal.Op het einde verondschuldend dat het niet beter was.Maar voor ons was het zeer goed.

I did not give you permission to potrżcenie funds from the card immediately on booking, ie. 24-11-2011 year. Everywhere on similar portals of "booking" tab is used only for purposes of warranty and measures do not descend from the "top", ie, as in my case two months before the service, which is illegal. Rooms at the top are next to cooling towers/heat rejection units which are noisy. The internet did not work/we could not connect!! Why does a hotel in the year 2011 request payment for an internet connection when used IN THE ROOM and free in the lobby??? Hotel is good but get internet market related and have double glazing or sound proofing on rooms near machines.
