Great location, very comfortable room, well-equiipped bathroom with really good toiletries. I like that there were a couple of bottles of water, a coke and a juice in the mini-bar - complimentary. This is a small thing but it makes a real difference when you come in to a room late and it is a really nice gesture.
I stayed on the Ladies business floor which is well located and quiet.

Convienient to Schuman and easy access to bars and restaurants
I stipulated a double bed on my booking and ended up in a twin room. The room was number 8 and I think was near to where the cleaners store their equipment, as a result it was very noisy as from 7am.

The tranquility - it was very relaxed & peacful never heard a sound out side the room. Also the beautiful aroma on entering the hotel its was such a lovely scent. What was that? :-). And cocktails were really good.
No suitable mirror in the room to sit by while blow drying hair

My seminar was taking place at the Silken so it was very convenient.
The room was a little small and an odd shape.

The service was excellent; the staff extremely helpful.
The internet speed was rather slow for my entire stay. Also, I often had to walk through people in receptions to get to my room which I didn't like.
