Excellent location, cannot be better than that in Brussels!
Initially they gave us a stinking smokers' room.
However, they imidteliy replaced it without hesitation.

It happened to test the 15 minutes policy. The staff responded promptly to my request to fix a few things that would otherwise make my stay rather inconvenience. Thanks to the management.
A kind suggestion to the management to have available a reasonable number of hotel advertising umbrellas for those who travel with minimum staff. Minimum cost with maximum marketing value.

They helped me print my boarding pass and arranged a cab for me to take to the airport at 4am in the morning.

Very difficult to find, especially as there are no road signs to Grand Marche.

Location near station outlook over market square .Simple room but comfy bed and clean bathroom.
Trained staff on reception long time waiting to check in.Only one barman on duty who did his best to cope during England game and many Red Hatters at Brussels Hoot.

Sehr gut zu erreichen und in der Mittte des Geschehens
Die Locker im Hotel empfahl uns die Rezeption mit einem Euro. Sie kosten aber 5 Euro. Fand ich viel für eine Stunde.....
