Class and elegance. Quality staff, extreme kindness. DPJ delicious and varied.
Private car park of the hotel evil (not?) Indicated, although very useful and excessive cost (30 €!). When confirming the address of the car park should also be indicated.

Le Plaza is a very beautiful, comfortable and clean hotel, centrally located in Brussels.
The hotel website is not easy to navigate and book a room and thus had to use an alternative website to make the reservation. The cost of the rooms are on the expensive side and did not include the cost of breakfast, which was an additional ~ €30. All in all, its a lovely hotel but in reality not worth the price charged.

We had a reservation to the le plaza hotel in brussels for 2 days (24-26 august 2009). 2 major probelms that occured during our stay at the hotel: 1) the stream of water in the bathrooom was very week and without hot water at all (especially at the evening of 25 august)and actually all of the family,including our 2 little children, couldn't take a bath. 2) instead fo having a double bad,we got 2 seperated beds splitted in the middle.

1. the breakfast 2. the service fo the hotel stuff (especially the room service and the quick and efficent service of the bell boys.
As mentioned before,the most severe problem that sould be solved immediately is the weak stream of water at the bathroom in room no. 726.
