Main reason for choosing Hotel Albert: Rate
The service was good but the Room 22 should be very clean in bathroom. The staff are helpfull special Soniya at Albert Hotel and Simon at Residence Aryan. These two staff should be promoted up to train others staff how to improve customer service which will make a good advertisement of your business.
Also in couple of rooms thinking about the sinks in the toilets otherwise hygienecally is not good. You should doublegazzling your windows because of traffic. Trams and Buses which make too much noise.

I booked the single-bed room. But eventually I got the nice apartment with the kitchen and the big terrace for the same price. The apartment was placed at the highest floor of the building with the nice sight view to the church.
My room wasn't ready until 5 PM.

Only the heaters keeping the room warm
The female receptionist Sonia, was very unfriendly, always on phone or watching movies,not giving any information on city routes, tours etc.

The staff was friendly and helpful
An alarm went off in the middle of the night for 20 minutes. The next day, men were standing outside the hotel waiting for people to come out so that they could get in. We don't think they were staying in the hotel. I was worried they were trying to steal. Did not always feel very safe or secure in the hotel. There was no safe in the room to put valuable items in.

Two star hotel that truly meets the needs of customers like me location, friendly staff, situated ready for all transport tram bus and metro at a stone's throw really I recommend, breakfast. very rich.
I did not like the room is small bf. whose capacity does not match the number of hotel guests sometimes I had to wait a little longer for a table when I arrived a little late injury but I'm not complaining in that regard.
