The staff were superb - friendly, helpful and attentive.
Paying for WiFi... and choosing the wrong room! If you stay here, ask NOT to have a room in the new extension!The bathroom extractor fan is on permanently so, if you are a light sleepr, beware!

The staff are polite and helpful, the location of the hotel is VERY convenient, despite the housing not be great, was impeccably clean and organized.
I wish there was service at the bar until 23:00 aas TV and housing business is very small.

The reception and restaurant staff were very helpful. The location is good for proximity to Bruxelles-Midi
Attention to detail-broken tile in bathroom. Railway Station districts are often little run-down, so location is not ideal from this perspective.
