Very clean facilities and very friendly staff.
It was difficult to control the temperature of the room - there was no way to have air circulating unless the window was open. But the noise from the street made it difficult to have the window open.

Everything worked well - the room was nice, beds comfortable, staff very
polite and willing to assist. I would have no problem recommending
this hotel to friends.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

The location is very good, just 10 minutes from the Grand place and 3 minutes from the nearest train station!
It has all the facilities of a service apartment, it will be good to add a washing machine, although not a must.
I am aware that the hotel is undergoing upgrading, some of the website presents the newly renovated hotel whilst some still present the pre-renovation condition - which is what was the room assigned to me.
The carpet is old and the sofa bed is not appealing, although I must say that the pull out bed is very comfortable to sleep on.
With carpet shampooing or change of carpet and a proper quick size bed, I am sure the hotel could be priced at a differnt rate, although I hope the rate will always remain the same, then it is truely value for money.

Staff friendly and very helpful: forgot my trousers, asked for shipment, got it three days later!
Cheap room, dity carpet, convertable (&uncomfortable) couch instead of a bed! Website didn't mention this ...
