1. Location. Hotel is very close to city center, metro (Botanique or Madou station) and tram. Also a famous shopping street and City 2 mall is very close just 10 min walk. Street is very calm and secure.
2. Personel. Hotel stuff was very polite and helpful. Both fluently speaking english nor french.
3. Free wirelss internet. Very good speed.

Very helpful and friendly staff at the Reception. Absolutely great!
During breakfast staff was seen placing fresh cutlery in a non hygienic manner.
