Main reason for choosing Aqua Hotel Brussels: Rate
I was called by different receptionist through the entire time of the staying to be asked the same question again and again, finally after explaining the same thing to each receptionist for 45 minutes they would suddenly realised that there is a file with all the information which i have already left for them at the very first day of staying. I booked the hotel for 12 people and the group was given rooms in the basement at -2 level. Rooms were not clean.

Main reason for choosing Aqua Hotel Brussels: Location
Brand new modern hotel, extremely conveniently situated, close to Porte de Namur metro and easy walking distance to European Institutions, Avenue Louise or to Grand Place. Rooms are small but very smart with excellent beds, TV and safe. Tea and coffee in the room is a welcome convenience, unusual for Brussels. Continental breakfast is good. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful.
On the edge of Matonge and 200m up a back street, so approach can be a little foreboding late at night. Continental breakfast is a little lacking in variety, day to day. Hotel has no bar, as far as I could see.

The location is great, the new structure is clearly
Breakfast very poor and not good quality, provision of toilet and in the hotel room is not the same quality (mini bar, tea and water, toiletries, soaps, etc.)
