Room was clean and quiet. staff was professional, helpful, happy and curteous
The live band(s) at the hotel bar were a bit loud - particularly since they played right next to the registration desk. Nice music but better if in a room that did not include the main lobby

Went with my wife, this is the fourth time we have chosen to stay at Aloft Brussels. We like the large walk in shower/wet room, large TV and comfortable bed.
We do not like 25 euros charge to park your vehicle. My wife and I both ride motorbikes. We were told by a staff member on our most recent visit, that the hotel does not offer motorbike parking, despite the fact we have parked our 2 motorbikes in their garage on 3 previous occasions! I asked the staff member what's the difference between 2 motorbikes using a parking space and one car! She had to double check with another member of staff. On this occasion the hotel had a slightly worn and tatty appearance. Staff also seemed disinterested. Such a shame, basically a good hotel but could be better.

Well located near where our son lives. good room.only complaint might be that light from bathroom shines in to bedroom if turned on in middle of night. breakfast set up excellent and all that we needed and good value.

Simply everything about our stay in this hotel was excellent. The staff were really friendly without being intrusive. The room we stayed in (617) was beautiful clean and very comfortable. We could not find one fault with this hotel, We will certainly stay here again if we visit our son in the future.
There is nothing we could say about this hotel that we did not like. We enjoyed every part of our stay, we had a very positive experience.
