Location is great (next to everything and so convenient to reach by bus/metro); the room was nice, large and I could say clean ( despite of some stains on the carpet and some on the wall)with a great balcony over the St. Michael and Gudule's Cathedral; the sheets were spotless and so was the bathroom ( I also appreciated the separate bathroom / toilet); the breakfast contained everything you might wanted ( milk, coffee, tea, cold cuts, cheese, eggs,croissants,jams, etc.);the staff was helpful with maps, indications and keeping baggages.

Main reason for choosing 9Hotel Central: Location
The attention of the staff vis-à-vis customers.
The system of curtains in the room was not practical to have a little dark. Furthermore, insulation of windows of this room could well be improved not only for savings but also enrgía for customer comfort. If you have to work at the desk by the window, you end up feeling the cold air enters through the window.

The location and friendly staff at reception. Helpful and polite.
The road noise. Soundproof room dial problem. No pane, just curtains. The street noise especially in an artery where it is located is very busy with cars and buses.
