The hotel is extremely beautiful, the rooms spacious and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We had a room overlooking the garden ... beautiful!

We were upgraded to a suite! A lovely surprise. Relatively low car parking charges nearby. A very relaxing stay.
Food prices were expensive in your hotel - our deal did not include breakfast - we ate petit dejeuner at a lovely cafe not far from the hotel, for considerably less money. The evening meal we enjoyed - an excellent waiter - was also quite expensive.

Friendly staff and cleanliness of a high standard
Not as good as our previous visits when it was the Sofitel which had a touch of class about it, part of the restaurant resembled a cafe, there was a lack of staff and we saw no sign of any porters or were offerer this service.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was very good (close to the city center and to the train station). No street noise. Very clean and comfortable.
The fitness center could use some additional equipment (more cardio machines, free weights, etc.) and the hours of the fitness center should be extended more (especially earlier in the morning).

GREAT LOCAL IN TOWN. THE GOOD ROOM, BATHROOM not as pretty old and not up to CLEAN THOUGH. VERY GOOD and assorted breakfast. Although QUITE THE CENTRAL LOCATION, LOCATION INFLUENCE FROM BUS STOP AND BUILDING FOR CONCERTS Contributor Definitely WHERE THE PIAZZA 'Location Hotel.
