Localização do hotel.

Aconteceu um incidente comigo e minha mãe no elevador do hotel. Achei péssimo a forma como os funcionários lidaram com o problema. Primeiro, demoraram muito para nos atenderem, segundo ninguem falou conosco o que estava sendo feito para resolver o problema. O elevador é muito pequeno, tinha 4 pessoas. Minha mãe tem problemas cardíacos. Quando conseguiram resolver o problema, cerca de 40 minutos depois, ninguém perguntou se precisávamos de ajuda para algo. Foi horrível e estressante. Quando fui na recepção reclamar, os funcionários foram PÉSSIMOS. Eu sei que incidentes acontecem, mas tudo depende da forma como se resolve.

The location is very good, the hotel is very well equipped, the rooms are clean, small but in very good condition, well decorated.

Rooms were clean. No lunch menu or bar open during the day was annoying as raining heavily and had to venture out of the hotel.

Check out the 11 and 12 seems like a good time.

Check in at 15:00, perhaps a bit 'late.

The location of the hotel is great. Anywhere nearby.

Bathroom, although clean, but what "quaint" and not really the time to have a bath shower. Rooms are very small and hot. Buffet breakfast fine, a pity that no cappuccino is served.

We enjoyed all the hotel facilities, particularly its central location, calm and having been housed in the only room where there are still traces of frescoes from the XV century!

Storage installed at the bottom of the closet (already shallow), reduces the height available, so we can hang jackets but no trousers or coats

Central location. Friendly staff at reception. Value for money for a three-star standard.

The two rooms we were allocated was very small and dark. In bathroom shower gel container almost empty.
