The room was pleasant but I would have liked a top sheet or light blanket as the comforter was too warm.
Your cafe restaurant was not a pleasant experience for us - at lunch our food was dropped on the floor and the wait was long. The morning buffet which was to run until 10:30- we arrived at 10:15 - we were rudely rushed and with only three other persons seated and none waiting the reminder of our having only five minutes to finish(more than once) was very rude. The cost of 23 pounds per person for a fully self service buffet seemed excessive. Sleeping at your establishment was fine -eating not so fine.
