Staff very helpfull and pleasant let us book in early and advised us where to park for free just a 3 minuet walk away warm comfortable room good location in centre of bruges
Exelent buffet style breakfast with good choice and range of food

Friendly staff and great location in picturesque part of town. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was good value.
Our room was too hot and the air con didn't work at all well, this was in winter. The staff were happy to move us to a much cooler room though so not a problem.

Quiet in the hotel. But I do not know what it can give season because there is no insulation to the hallway and as soon as someone goes into the night, we hear it!.
Breakfast is deplorable. Too much food is left there for days without being renewed! Attention to the stomach!.
