Very comfortable, well-equipped hotel which was situated conveniently.
Tea and coffee at breakfast was served in large jugs rather than individual pots for each table. As a result the tea and coffee was not very nice.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a good quality breakfast to cure the hangover. The Mac in the bedroom was a bonus as well.
The air conditioning seemed a little tricky to operate. It seemed that the coolest setting was still pretty hot.

Convenience for our venue, comfort of the bed.
My roommate is a coffee drinker (the type with caffeine in it) and didn't like having to ask at the front deskfor sachets with caffeine in them (they weren't supplied in the room).
The temperature/air conditioning also didn't seem to respond to our instructions.

It was rather disconcerting to find that the hotel was in the process of changing management and there was not alot of continuity at reception as the staff were still finding their way around
