We were upgraded which was lovely. V comfy bed, nice touchestouches in the room ie water. Perfect location for city centre, staff charming.

Great welcome and choice of rooms. Great facilities and staff were very relaxed, but helpful. Brilliant location. Would go again.
It would have been nice to do something in the Roman dining area, which we saw on the website. This room was not accessible.

Very attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful building and great location close to theatre and Harbourside. Not too far to walk to shops.Good leisure facilities.
