Main reason for choosing Hotel Gastronómico Casa Rosalia: Facilities
We had two rooms in the old town, which preserves the style farmhouse (there are rooms in a modern rear) The rooms are cozy and the rest of the architecture of the hotel. Very nice entrance and lounge, as well as the dining room overlooking a pretty courtyard. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is very complete, with fresh fruit, cereals, muffins, croissants, toaster, coffee, tea, cheese, ham. We tested the Albariño wine, and although I prefer the lighter color, I must say that is pretty good. In general is a great value for money. Again no doubt.
I think that kilometers from Santiago in September falls short, is more than that, but if the car is no big hurry or tired to drive at night, it comes pretty easy. I'd say about 15 from the cathedral, approx. But it's worth. That to me would not be an impediment to return to the hotel! counterpart in the area is quiet and a little noisy. The parking is directly opposite the hotel, but there is no pedestrian crossing and the cars go very fast, cross with care!
