It's about 600 metres from the railway station which was quite a walk. Bus no 12 goes that way. We just couldn't fault this hotel, the breakfast was superb and the personnel so helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel to relax after a hard day, in an area not much better and a bit 'far from the center. The value for money is excellent, the rooms are spacious and elegant, the breakfast plentiful.

The evening meal was very poor. We understand that the main menu was off because of staff holidays. However, the choice available was poor and the one meal which was taken was so slow to be served and so bad when it came and so overpriced for the standard it never reached that we did not take another. This was a shame because the breakfast was very good and generally the rest of the hotel was also good.
