Lovely large room, great beds, great middle of the mall and 5 minutes to the city theater. The bathroom is a little small but very tidy. Breakfast fine.

Very helpful staff; good service. Nice and clean rooms. Location in centre of town with plenty of connections via bus/trams facilitates travelling around Braunschweig.

Friendly, attentive and very helpful staff at the reception. Cosy hotel in a good location.
Windows should be replaced to reduce street noise. Breakfast could have some variety - there was the same, rather limited selection every day. There was no green tea.

Ideal location in the center. The hallway traffic was occasionally disruptive during the night and the room temperature was difficult to regulate. Otherwise extremely helpful staff, nice family room. Would stay there again without hesitation.
