Convenient location. Good breakfast.
Hotel parking was always full but road opposite available.

Staff and especially those at breakfast to be commended
The cliff views from across the road.
Lack of parking spaces which unfortunately is the result of the hotel's popularity ! Should lobby local council to have metered parking from 10 am instead of 9 am, for late risers like us.
Mattresses a little too soft for us,but that is a matter of preference. When mattresses next due for replacement, should opt for more recent models which allow firmness to be adjusted.

We were put in the Cumberland Hotel which is part of the same group. The only criticism I would have is we were not told about this until I phoned to say we would be late on arrival. The service after this was of the best I have received an in particular their young barman Pavel I think was a brilliant ambassador for their company a pleasure to deal with. A great service at a good price, thank you Lawrence Robinson.
