Comfortable beds good breakfasts friendly staff value for money
No heating control in room extractor fan in bathroom stayed on too long after finished in room upstairs guests noisy - could hear many of their movements

Cozy hotel. Clean bathroom(very important!). My room was a bit cold but the staff gave me an extra heater so no problem. If I didn't hear the neighbour's noise(walking around the room maybe?), it would be better as sometimes it scared me, especially in the night time.

The staffs were very kind.
I wonder why I heard the fire alarm so many times ...

Lounge area was cold during the day and evening. Had to wear several layers of clothes to stay comfortable. Good standard of hotel in quiet location but not too far from local amenities

Generally every thing was OK. There were maintenance problems when the pool was closed and it took many reports of malfunction before the TV was changed. The dining room staff were amazing.

Overall the experience was good

The reception area and the furniture.
I would like to see the pool area receive some much needed attention. The heating system in our room would not turn off (209).

The hotel was great value for money. Swimming pool was good. The food was outstanding, have never tasted lamb like it before. Highly recommend to eat in. Staff very friendly and helpful

The Food, the surroundings
Decoration in our room was in need of a lick of paint, especialy the ceiling.
