Apparthotel Mercure Paris Boulogne

I had requested non-smoking and was given a smoking floor, that was unpleasant. Also: When I returned late one evening, a maintence worker had left the kitchen faucet running full force and the water drained through the dishwasher and on to the apt floor soaking everything including the carpet. Luckily your Assistant Front Office Manager (Naryse Lobe) was wonderful in how she handled the situation. She promptly arrived to see the situation and then booked me into another room and offered to carry my luggage for me to the new room. She was very professional and turned a horrible situation around. She saved the day! I am very thankful she was working that night.

The Hotel was very nice and the staff were excellant, The qaulity of the flats was poor, the beds were very small and uncomfortable and the electricity socketrs were lying out of the wall.
