Main reason for choosing The Manor Elstree: Location

The reception staff were professional and helpful. The décor was pleasant and the draft from the windows in the bedroom was particularly welcome, as hotel rooms are usually too warm. Excellent pillows too.
The restaurant and bar staff weren't as attentive and professional as they could have been. This is definitely an area for improvement, perhaps the reception staff could help train them?
