We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. We have stayed at the Hotel whenever we have been to London since 1978 when the Hotel was known as the Elstree Moat House, it looked different then. We stayed this time celebrating our Wedding Anniversary, the Hotel is a very special place to us, and we never feel let down, keep up the Good Work.

Staff excellent even though they were under pressure with large Christmas
parties, always a smile , we will go back again!Food very good!

Convenience (we were attending a wedding at the same venue). The cost of the room and particularly the cost of breakfast. Plenty of parking. The friendly welcome of the supervisor at breakfast. Newspapers at breakfast. fresh fruit and yoghurt at breakfast for me - and my husband enjoyed the bacon etc. The tea making facilities in room.
Tiles in bathroom could do with replacing or cleaning. Air con a bit noisy.

The ambience of the hotel was better than expected! surroundings were second to none. Staff were very polite, and also friendly asking after us, and should we require any extras.
