Les moquettes sont tachées !! pendant un des petits déjeuners; le personnel n'était pas assez nombreux et ne pouvait faire face à la demande !!!

L'amabilité du personnel dans son ensemble
Certaines chambres dites "non fumeur" sentent le tabac froid... la responsabilité en revient essentiellement aux précédents clients indélicats (nous avons changé 2 fois de chambre à notre arrivée, accompagnés par une responsable désolée mais très efficace).

Les sanitaires étaient propres et bien nettoyés
Le parking n'est pas des plus accessibles, il n'y a pas de balayette pour les wc, les lits pour les enfants n'étaient pas confortable ( on ressentait une barre de fer au niveau du dos), il faisait une chaleur étouffante dans la chambre ce qui nous a obligé à dormir la fenêtre ouverte (résultat : ma fille et moi étions enrhumé pour le reste de notre séjour)
