Hotel location fantastic, could not ask fora better location.
Hotel room good but had few issues with one Air Conditioning unit not functioning, room had ripped wall paper when we arrived though it got repaired while there. I believe room should have been sorted and ready before we got there. Also 2nd shower head screw was loose therefore shower not standing as it should but in general our stay was ok.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

No parking. Public car park very expensive. Breakfast poor & over-priced. Only one staff member on duty at breakfast to handle both food & reception duties.

Great position;enjoyable breakfast, though expensive.
Rooms are in two separate buildings, which are close together. It would be helpful if the hotel could identify which building at the time of booking confirmation.

Location
We were sold a twin superior room. We got a three bed room, too small to turn around in and looking into hotel well.
The lift was not working and we were on fourth floor. However staff did help with bags.

The staff was friendly, and extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious! The location was great, so close to shopping and the tram.
Everything was top-notch! I have recommended this hotel to friends, and would stay here again. I'm currently staying at the Best Western Tria for my trip to Cambridge and Boston, Massachusetts, USA!
