Almost everything!.
A member of staff was quite "limited" with us seeing that they did not speak with a perfect accent (I practice, however, the language for several years), he ventured to ask one of his colleagues' s taking care of us (in Italian expeditious and very familiar to describe ourselves!) and departed with his back to us (we n'avaons not understand this behavior!). You see that, apart from that our stay was perfect! (To summarize, we are fully satisfied and hesitate to come to you!)

The Royal Carlton in Bologna is an excellent hotel. This was our second stay at the hotel and we have recommended it to a large number of people. We would not hesitate to stay at the Royal Carlton if we were to return to Bologna

Exterior of hotel horrible.Interior OK. room OK and clean. Huge plasma in my room with SKY sat tv. Breakfast buffet so so. Contrary to what is written on their website, there's no swimming pool, no spa, no gym, no sauna etc...

Convenience of car park underneath hotel. friendly staff. located in a relatively quiet street.
Because of one way streets, each time you arrive at the hotel or you leave the hotel in your car, you're obliged to drive another 3-5 minutes.
