Pleasant hotel in an ideal location!

The hotel seems to be nice and newly decorated on the outside and the lobby area. However, the room we got was still rather old and not as nice as advertised. We got the old red room instead of the modern white and olive coloured room mentioned on the website. Moreover, the first room we checked-in to has no safe-box and we had to change to another one. The overall experience would have been much nicer if the hotel can deliver what it promises on the website.

The proximity of the center and transportation in fair management and direction of the old city

As I paid the room before arrival by American I can not do anything. They asked me to make a credit card imprint when I had already paid. Unacceptable. Sometimes there is someone at the reception. If not there is someone at the reception, which only receive telephone and is overwhelmed. There is no concierge valid. The floor of the bathroom was dirty. You notice in the Internet services. There is only one post and it worked pas.Lorsque I asked why it did not work I was told that I could plug my laptop. But I had not taken since you announced internet service. I am disappointed with the value for money. 09:45 A buffet is empty and is missing half the food. I should ask for the repayment of a portion of the rent but I doubt that this is possible.
