The internet and phone were damaged since we arrived. Initially we were given a room that was disabled, and although the staff was very helpful and changed our room and offered personally to wake up call if the phone was damaged in the morning, it is very inconvenient to have changed and no internet access middle of a trip is very uncomfortable.
