It was nice to stay in a traditional style hotel with al the features of a bygone era.
Overall a little tired looking. However we were informed of major refurbishment plans .

The hotel was very nice the staff was very helpful especially I like the breakfast superb
I booked one room for 2 adults and one 7 year old child. but they gave only one double bed it was hard to sleep for three people. I was expecting a separate single bed for the child otherwise I like the hotel very much

The staff were very caring ...I needed to change my room...was done with a smile...I needed extra bed covering was all done by the time I arrived back in the hotel.

This is a nice hotel nice staff, nice rooms.
The location of this hotel is not great and is over priced for Blackpool the tram runs straight passed the door to the tower and p/beach.

Apart from the room everything thank you especially the breakfast and the staff who were very pleasant and helpfull
I had requested a room with a sea view but instead got a dull room with no view located where all the dirty pigeons gathered which was next to a vent system which was quite loud at times as were the pigeons which was a bit off putting, but fortunately we went out alot through the day. It would of been ten all round had the room location been better which is a shame

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, great location along the promenade.
The rooms are pretty basic for the price and quite small, the window sill was wet through due to condensation that actually broke a mobile phone that had been placed there, we ad to move rooms because the first had no television and the phone did not work.
