Location and check in staff
There were black short hairs in the bathtub and the back of the toilet (inside) was black where the water flushes. This cannot have been properly cleaned for some time as this kind of grime takes time to build up. I wonder if any supervisor ever checks rooms except for housekeeping staff. But all else was fine.
