Nice staff, restaurant/bar good for location and enjoyed an evening meal here. The breakfast was faultless - something for everyone. Room perfect for overnight stay. Shuttle easy, right outside the door every 30 minutes. £3 each way for adults and kids are free.
I would recommend this hotel as good value for money.
We are a family of 4 so used the sofa bed as a second bed which had quite a thin matress. Okay for younger kids but a bit unconfortable for older ones. Other than that everything was perfect.

Perfect for a short syay
We had a problem checking in as they could not find our booking but sorted it out after about 15 minutes

Accessibility and proximity to airport was good, although I did not notice any disturbing noise from the airport. Room was spacious but cosy and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable.

The staff was extremely rude!
Was told we was not allowed to check in until 2pm so I arrived for 2pm and our room was not ready , had to wait 40 minutes in reception and was therefore late for the wedding we was attending that day.

The lady on the desk was very welcoming on our arrival. The room was very comfortable and clean with everything you need.we decided to have an evening meal which we really enjoyed.

We do not normally stay here but were pleasantly surprised at how good it was it even had wi-fi.
Some of the waiters had very poor understanding of English. My wife had cod which was full of bones, which should never be.

The convenience of being picked up on arrival by the minibus and taken to the hotel. Having a good meal, a good sleep and a minibus back at 4.00am for an onward flight.
