Its locality to the city centre

The bed was not comfortable and we were given a disabled room. Also got woken at 4am to be told we had an alarm going off, which we did not, it was in the passage way.

How close it was to the centre. Dining was a lovely experience. Very Modern. I would definately stay there again.

Clean and comfortable, enjoyed the stay - the 2 negative comments are hopefully constructive criticism.

Floor in bathroom poorly designed (rm 323) - whenever I had a shower the whole bathroom floor ended up covered in water and some escaped into the room - likely to cause you problems in the future as water will surely get under the flooring. The dinners were in general mediocre and dry. Chicken breast stuffed with mozarella appeared to have come from frozen packets, sauce on the salmon was poor, fish and chips - were again from frozen, the batter was poor and overcooked I cannot remember what I had on the Monday other than it was very dry and uninspiring. All in all a culinary disappointment - let down the rest of the hotel.
