Parking inside the hotel and its service, the friendly staff.
Although it had been reported, with a sign at the entrance, which works were in progress in the hotel or in the building adjacent to the fact that such works are very noisy, began at 08:00 am on a Saturday, I was very unwell.

Very nice location and of a very high standard. Very professional and friendly staff.

I may be a little biased but when we arrived my wife and I were given a lovely surprise as we were given a room upgrade at no additional cost. It appears the hotel found out it was my birthday from my daughter who had contacted them from Singapore. As she said typical Swiss hospitality.
The restaurant service could be quicker. No problem with food etc but it just took too long.
