Le fait que l'hôtel soit tout neuf....la gentillesse du personnel....l'aspect "pratique" de ce type d'hôtel.(parking fermé au sous-sol...formule "enfants"...)
La localisation: très loin du centre-ville, dans la zone "expo"....également le décor du restaurant: froid, impersonnel, désagréable
