WE DID FILL IN A SURVEY WHICH WE LEFT AT THE HOTEL. we were disappointed no one told us the waterbus was not running, MY wife has a false hip and we had to walk quite a way to get the water bus. WE ALSO FELT THAT THE "TOUR GROUPS HAD PRIORTY OVER US. " YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR DINNER, I HAVE A PARTY OF 44 IN HERE NOW!!"

WE SPENT OUR TIME SITE SEEING IN VENICE
We thought the Hotel was very good, the room etc., was fine.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Very friendly, helpful staff. Would stay again and will recommend to all our friends. The lack of a private Guest's Lounge was the only fault we could find with the hotel.
