Nothing
That was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. To come unfriendly staff, location in a unsafe area with public transportation and no way to Miami. The only option was an expensive taxi or bus, which is however more than 2 hours on the road.

Enjoyed my stay very much. Good central location. Did not try the breakfast since there was a kitchen in the room. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back.

The front desk staff, particularly Monika, provided excellent customer service during our 2-night stay. She even helped us check in with our airline. The suites are very comfortable, and spacious, with a dishwasher, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, refrigerator--just perfect. And I haven't slept that well at a hotel in a very long time!

The big, spacious, quiet suite--very clean!

The suite was really roomy...in a way nearly too big ! The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom lovely. Any staff I dealt with were really nice. I didn't try the breakfast because €18 is too dear.

My only problem was the rather gloomy enclosed courtyard that you had to walk through. Combined with the fact that you didn't pass the reception to go to your suite, gave an impersonal feeling to our stay.
