Your front desk staff was excellent. Both when we stayed as part of our Globus trip and the extra night we booked two weeks latter at the end of our tour. Staff was just first rate. When we come back to Berlin we will stay at the NH Berlin Mitte becasue of the staff and the location.
The 21 euro buffet breakfast was a bit much. That is over $30 US. You can get a good breakfast in the states - off the menu for less than $10.
