The hospitality and professionality of the receptionist in general... the cleanliness...
1. On the second day of our stay, we claimed the unpleasent taste of one dinner, since then the waiter was agressive and unfriendly until our check out. we started to go out for all our meals including breakfast.
2. We travel a lot and besides our satisfaction we want to advice, for the 4 star hotel with this price without including breakfast should be revised.
3. The price of the breakfast is a little bit high... maximum 10 euro is enough

Staff were very helpful
We were put in a smoking room which still had the smell lingering in it..Idid not see anywhere on the booking a box to tick for NON SMOKERS!!!!!
