The U2 Line right outside the front door, great access to shopping, architecture, restaurants - really a fantastic location.
We were taken great care of - we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything is ok, but
Pool play, and that was not mentioned on the website, and Concierge service (reservations) had not informed us that the Reichstag could only be booked via the Internet, with a waiting period of 3 days ....

I liked your food service staff-friendly and efficient.The concierges were of mixed ability and some were not aware as they might of been of such things as occurrences which change a pick up point for a city tour bus.Your front desk staff were excellent.
Such things as daily newspaper delivery and internet in the room should not be separately charged but included in the room price.I am used to this type of service and to charge separatley and expensively I might add leaves one with an unfortunate view of the Berlin Hilton particularly when you use such services as profit centers.
