Perfect location for shopping, central but quiet. Staff highly qualified, kind and helpful (used repeated efforts to trace our lost baggage, successfully). Beautiful breakfast room, plentiful buffet. Renovated rooms: good beds and better-than-normal pillows.

The hotel was clean and appeared well maintained.
Front desk staff can be a bit more friendly and approachable. Water in the room was NOT complimentary as some of the other reviewers suggested. Be sure to ask before. The bed was really hard and felt like I was sleeping on a plank.
