Main reason for choosing acom Hotel Berlin City Süd: Rate
We liked the staff at the dinning room. The price/quality was very good.
But the reception desk gave very much an impression of us being another bother of the day. They were in fact a bit ignorant, talking to each other and let us waiting for nothing. I hope that they do not treat all the world like that. Not at all sincerely nice.

The location for the night before flying is very comfortable.
1. The aircondition was very bad. It didn't cool at all and the heat in room was unbearable during the day and night.
2. Nobody helped with the suitcases and there was no even a trolly.
