Indeed pretty close to Bannhoff and quiet.
No good Internet connection in the hotel and smelled awful to puke at the reception (upon arrival)

Shelter bus in front of the hotel and the location is not far from Berlin Hauptbahnhof or 7 minutes to get there. We check out at 10.30 am and take our luggage at 09.00 pm in the same day, they give us free room facility for take back our luggage while waiting for night train.
Only towel in the bathroom, no soap, glass or other accesories. The pillow too thin for us and wi-fi only in lobby although we pay for it.

The room and location.
A little sensitivity and some noise in the middle of the night. The latter is of course not you over, however. It was very poor service in the breakfast room. I ate very late and was over and it was impossible to find a wipe tables.
