Pleasant staff, nice clean white linens
Family rooms very small and crowded with third bed, bathtub was very small. Price was a little expensive for our purposes.

Couldn't get CNN or Sky News in my room, although CNN was showing in lobby.

The staff was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. We got extra service in the bar when we got hungry from the plane after closing time. We felt the sticky!
Just that there were so many steps up to the breakfast terrace which we had to carry the stroller up to. Had been very helpful with a lift.

Excellent hotel, excellent service in all forms, we shall meet again.

I stayed for one night, but I was able to appreciate the courtesy and very friendly staff.
