I enjoyed the breakfast. I must say the woman that made my vegetable omelet was kind, pleasant and friendly-sorry I didn't get her name. Made my visit there memorable!!!!! The security staff was very kind as well.

I especially appreciated the politeness of all the staff. Breakfast was excellent. The woman who made the omelets did excellently.
We enjoyed everything at the Ramada Princess.

I have stayed at the princess several times the reason I come back is the people they have working for this hotel.I had the best time getting to know the bartenders waiters and waitresses and desk help.Thanks for making my stay fantastic.Hi to Elmo,Fantasy Dream,Caesar,Fast Eddie,smiley,Sharon caring,Stiff tongue,etc. you are the best will come back soon thanks.PEG
There is only one thing that bothers me about this hotel is that the Ramada is a major chain nation wide I know in the US the help is paid better and they usually only work five days a week.Need to improve wages and quality of life for these hard working people.

The employees were friendly and helpful
General overall condition of the building appears to be lacking maintenance. Poor grounds keeping etc.
