Comfortable, clean, staff was very helpful, the room was great we'll putt together.
They were flexible with your food order when it comes to substitutein some for another...my wife did not eat meat she wanted a nachos with no meat just ( cheese Bean and tortillas ) and they had a issue with that and want to charge her the regular price I don't think that was fare so I declined the nachos.

The hotel staff was very nice (front desk, gift shop, restaurant, housing keeping, etc.). The pool was BEAUTIFUL!

This is a great hotel for the price. It is located very conveniently in Belize City to anything you need. The rooms are spacious and attractive with very comfortable beds. The pool area and outdoor bar just add to the atmosphere. We had dinner and breakfast while staying there and the food alone is worth the stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Belize.

The manager and all the staff where very helpful. They renovated the rooms since my last visit and they are very modern and confortable.

We had to leave very early in the morning to catch a flight back home and we were given two breakfast bags and the
shuttle was waiting right out front of the hotel ready to take us. It was wonderful. Thank you so much.
I would suggest that the lobby/reception area be updated.

The Internet is very poor and because of that I would probably not stay there again. It made it very hard to do my work.
