Great location as the Cathedral Quarter and City Centre are all within walking distance. All the front of house staff were very pleasant and helpfull.
The rooms were not air conditioned, this wouldn't normally be a problem but this time it was as it was an exceptionally warm day.
The housekeeping staff hadn't the complementry packs in the room upon arrival although these were placed outside the door a short time later and came into the room whilst we were still sleeping the next morning. They had however done a very good job of cleaning the room.

Didn't appreciate the knock on the door from the cleaner at 9.30 am!

Very nice, large room and modern, clean bathroom. Simple decor but everything I needed. Overall very clean but the bed runner needed washing. Lovely to have a duvet! Very friendly, helpful staff.
Very poor dinner choice for vegetarians - worst I have ever seen, I think. I gave this feedback in person and on-line after my last visit about a year ago. Apparently others give the same feedback but nothing is done to change it. I think only 1 vegetarian choice of starter out of about 15 (soup!) and only 2 main course options out of a similar number and one of those was a rather boring pasta. Would put me off coming here again.

Check-in left a lot to be desired,totally ignored for approx.7 minutes.then to asked

A modern hotel with every comfort possible sin that we can not access any television channel in Italian Lungu.
Breakfast was always very satisfying for both quanlità, quantity and cleanliness.
The bedding was not clean
