The location and the fact of the room was clean.
First of all, the staff since from my arrival was unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. Secondly, I received a wake up call at 6am without asking, after a long tiring day before and last the heating did not work, even though after I asked the reception how to procide with it. As whole, the hotel service and staff are really poor with no clue how to run a hospitality service.

Dat ik de parkeer plaats moeten betalen ..dacht dat het gratis was.uiteindelijk maar 6 pounds .ook was de douche kraan ingewikkeld kwam eerst te heet water uit. L
Ook was niet gelukt met de wifi code.

We found our shower room disgusting the cleaners weren't doing there job right, is there no one checks the room. every time we used toilet the handle came off,
