Very comfortable and quiet rooms and spacious bathrooms .
Excellent choice of foods at breakfast. Close to town for walking.
Pillars in garage make it hard to park.

The location was fantastic - right in the heart of the beautiful town of Beaune. I loved the foyer and the trendy bar area.
We had booked a double room which was large with its own terrace and it was great having a kettle in the room. We were able to have a decent cup of tea using our own Yorkshire Tea bags!
The bathroom had lovel fluffy towels and there was a separate wc.
Bedrooms tradional and comfortable.
Breakfast Continental with boiled eggs, ham and cheese and fab French bread, fresh orange juice and all good quality.
We would have preferred a kingsize bed but for one night it was fine!
I was disappointed with the coffee machine, being tradional, I prefer my coffee served but it was actually very good!

I was able to change my room away from one near to the lift with no problem.
The water feature in the courtyard should be turned off at night - it sounds like some one is taking a shower when you are trying to sleep.

As you can see from the above ratings, our Group of seven hardened business travellers could not fault the Hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable, many were at the front of the building, on a busy street and, therefore potentially noisy, but the double glazed windows worked as they should and we all slept well. Reception staff were efficient and polite, (and pretty!) Trying to get an outside telephone line was a problem and I gave up!
Difficulty in getting an outside telephone line. Maybe the problem was my own inability to activate the system, or maybe it needs updating.

On our return to Belgium Vidauban, we had a much better price for the same room since the hotel was not as busy.
